Hi! I was in my Blue Cordoba and saw a nice black turning South on Elson Ave about 2PM this Sunday 9/20. Looked good!

What year Cordoba?

I used to have a '77 with the 400ci V8. It was burgundy with a white landau roof, naugahyde buckets, missile launcher shifter. I put straight pipes on it and dog dish wheelcovers.

Any non-black Marauder with light graphite interior makes me weak at the knees!

Sharp cars!
The last two years were my least favorite but yours is real nice.

The '77 was my favorite because it had the best looking taillights, IMHO. Here is one of the only pictures I have of mine online. It doesn't do it justice...it really was one of the cleaner Cordoba's I've ever seen:

Thanks!

They made the "J-Body" for 4 years. (80 to 83)
The others are called "Late B-Bodies". (75 to 79)

I like the '76s the best -- I like the waterfall grill on those.

They are easy to find having a run of about 900,000 cars during their lifespan. Many were purchased by older folk (go figure) and stuck in garagues. My '81 only has 42K on the odo.

I sometimes regret getting rid of mine, but I needed $ for a downpayment on a house so some of the toys went bye-bye.

Once in awhile I see a '76 at cruise nights around here. They stuffed a 500ci (approximate, I can't remember exactly) stroker in there with a 4-speed and huge drag radials out back.

Completely sinister car.
