That is a disappointment many have felt .
When you spend time and money on the rig, only to witness a higher number on your time slip.
Mother nature has designs (mods) of her own from time to time.
The .3 is easily accounted for by the temperature and humidity differential.
The mods you list will hep you shave time but those are what most consider supportive mods.
What tires do you run?
If they are not some sort of drag radial, that should put you in the 13's on a cool dry day.
Best of luck

i run 28x10x18 m/t sr. they are good no spin at all when warm, but when the pavement is wet they are reallllly bad. im going with the nittos 420s 255/55/18 next. would not buy them again.

Still baffles me why people spend good money on driveshafts that don't need to be replaced that yield close to ZERO gains. You can get your stockers balanced for pennies. If you absolutely NEEDED to replace it, fine. But I see no need to drop that $$$.

If you saw the pictures of my tail housing after going 120mph with stock balanced drive shaft, you would know why i did it.
