Sunday- Black-Dover Delaware

Spotted Black on US-13 in Dover Sunday after the race in vicinity of Delaware State Univ. I passed trav. SB as you turned on SB 13 then you turned off.

I work in Dover and see one everyday go by the dealership. It has tint and a dent in the passengers door .I talked to the guy a couple of weeks ago and told him about this site. I dont think he has posted here though. The one I think you saw had a factory spoiler and P.A. tags, No tint. I saw him turning into the Wawa across from the dealership on saturday. Pretty quiet and very clean..
