and wow are they ever bright, i went with 55w 4300k from Retro Soutions, and all I have to say is i wish I installed them earlier lol talk about a difference. 4300K is the brightest K out there, white white with I tinge of yellow, but not noticeable on the road, makes stock headlamps look orange.

4300k is what factory equipped HID vehicles color/temp is. 6000k is a good middle of the road with output and cool color effect look.

I plan on having projectors retro fitted to my headlights so I can take full benefit of HID lighting.

their Bi-xeon so I have high and low, I had 6000K on my f150 and hated them, looked cool, but I found it verry straining on the eye's to drive for more than an hour plus the blueish color scatterd alot blinding other drivers with glare and the cut-off was blured too, the 4300K is just perfect, still has bluish look next to stock halogen healamps but its pretty much pure white plus 4300k is supose to have the highest lumin output and the cut off is still sharp. i'll try to get some pic's tonight, my camera sucks tho.

Looks like a great setup. Seems pretty white. A lot better than regular halogens eh?

ya, in the one pic you can see the difference between stock fog lights and the Hid's.
