describes everyone here (including me!!) on how they are viewed by the general public when it comes to being gearheads! Most LEO's will catch the meaning right away. (You will see the plate is on a retired CVPI).

Well if he's refering to police 10-codes that we use here it means U ALL ARE CRAZY. 10-96 means "Mental"
