Today I got gas and tried to reset my trip odometer before I put the key in to start the car. The button depressed but it didn't reset to zero.
I started it, and pushed it, and it reset.
So...I realized I never reset the trip without the key in, so is this a feature that even though mechanical, it cannot be reset without the key in run?
I was going to re-test this theory when I got home, but forgot, and too lazy to go out and try it now, so it'll have to be tomorrow. If I remember...LOL!
