I was sick of how bad my headlights were looking. There is a guy on ebay selling them. $71 brand new aftermarket with free shipping. I ordered just the R/S cause it was REAL bad. Got it in five days. It looks SO good I just ordered the L/S to match. Oh, and it came with a new bulb too.

They are not Gran Marquis lights. They have the black bezel like OEM. I haven't look at it real close, but I think they are the same. I'll compare side by side and let you know. I post a photo when the L/S gets here and I do the swap. Anything is better than what is in there now. I tried to get mine replace under warranty 3 years ago and it was declined. They have a white film on the inside from the constant condensataion.

For the inside cleaning and resealing the lens, remove the headlight and you can either take a heat gun/hair dryer and move it around the seem to hit the glue up with a pry tool or put it in the over at 150 for 5-10 mins (keep an eye on it) then remove it and take a pry tool around the seem to break the bead and separate the two pieces. Clean off all of the old glue and get some good silicone sealer and re-apply it to the seem, put the two pieces back together and put them in a vice or in between something that will keep pressure on it for 24 hrs. There is plenty of tutorials online you can follow also for resealing headlights to keep the condensation.
It works wonders for the outside.

Thanks, I have done the outside several times. I was a big improvement. I plan on keeping the origional. One of these days I'll try and restore them.

not worth the effort when you can buy new ones for 70.00 i did the same as you just throw the old ones away just like the rest of society

I too got the set off of ebay - free shipping. They are very good quality. Can't tell the difference. They are Eagle Eyes brand. Mine also came with new bulbs and black bezel.
Good Stuff. My OEM pasenger side had WATER drops in it! Drivers side was scratched pretty good.

I have the "Eagle Eyes" replacements in my Bronco. They've stayed pretty clear and haven't let any water in (put clear silicone in all of the seams and let it cure before installing). My only complaint is that the aim is off beyond the adjustment so they aim on the low side.
You get what you pay for.

GOOD tips; yeah name of Ebay Seller would be great! (I have SilverStreaks in my '03 CVPI and that "PURE White" Beam SAVED my bacon the other morning racing to work...they light up the road and SIDES of the road so well I caught a HUGE 10-PT Buck racing up along the passenger side of the car...with normal lights I don't think I would've ever seen him!) My Buds at work were SORRY I didn't nail the Buck and bring in "Bambi Burgers" for everyone!

Quick update on the headlights. Two days after I put them in, one had a significant amount of water in it. I e-mailed the seller, AM-autoparts about it. The next day I had a RMA and a pre-paid UPS shipping label. The day after that I got a tracking number that a new one was on the way. These guys are top shelf.
