Got it done! Looks like a few of the others I've seen for our NA MMs. Not too shabby for 127K! Now for a blower!!!:D

Not too shabby, not too shabby at all!
Who tuned it? I wonder what mine has?

ProTree Performance in Hudson,NH. He said he didn't need to tweak it too much. He was impressed with the "Out of the can" tune the SCT came with from Lidio. I thought it was running rich and he was able to add fuel for more ponies. He did 18 pulls! Woohoo!

First off, good numbers and don't let what I am about to say take away from that. What matters is that you are happy and it sounds like you are.
I don't want this to be taken as criticism because the following are just my observations and opinions. That said, it may be a little early and my eyes and brain may not have the cobwebs cleared yet, but I don't see what you are saying. Rich means too much fuel and it looks to me like he took out fuel because run 8 was running around 12.5:1 A/F and run 10 looks to be way close to 14.0:1 A/F. A higher number on the A side of that equation means that there is more air in the mix and thus less fuel.
To me, if I am not still morning stupid and haven't looked at it wrong, then I think it's maybe running a little on the lean side now in my opinion. I would much rather be closer to and on the richer side of 13:1, so I actually like the fueling from Lidio better.
Understand that these are only my opinions and, of course, I may be wrong :)
Again, good numbers.
I know that different tuners have different philosophies, and regardless of all that, the most important thing is making sure the customer is happy. It sounds like he got you that and thus did his job.

You're thinking is sound (brain check SAT!).
For pump gas and the variations that abound from station to station it is advisable to run 12.5 to 13 acording to any tuners I have talked to.
If the car is running well and data logging shows that it's not pulling timing under load then it should be ok. Sometimes the AF calibration can be a little off - an indicated almost 14 may be closer to an actual 13.

I appreciate ANY criticism! Thanks. Talking with him, he said that he deleted a lot of runs that he was tweaking to find the right end result for HP. The two comparisons are from when it came into the shop with the tune I had in and that I actually leaned out and pulled timing from, vs the Lidio tune and adding 6 on fuel to. Ahem... according to him. I realize he did a lot of pulls and may not remeber which pull is which except for the end result optimal for the car. For all I know, he put in the stock tune and threw Lidio's back on. I don't think he would do that on purpose, but, even if he didn't do crap, I have numbers for cheap. Now... N2O or SC?:D

Actually, on the LCD at his shop, he did point out 13.4 A/F. I asked if it should be 14.1 and he said not in the real world.

So how much gain was there? Start was 247 end was 261?
I need to get a dyno tune.

Very good numbers, When I finally got mine tuned correctly I picked up 45hp N/A. I good tune makes these cars so much better to drive. Congrats again on your numbers!

Don't forget to pay taxes on barter exchanges! IRS may be reading these posts to check your returns for barter taxes due!
Obama thanks you!
