Hey guys, I really like the forum here. Good layout and low on the ad count. Anyway, my name is Terrence and hopefully soon I'll be able to get my hands on a Marauder. I've been drooling over this car for a few years, ever since I knew about it. I had seen a lot of Crown Vics and Grand Marquis and installed some good sound systems into these cars. These cars are an awesome platform for car audio. As a result I dug a little deeper and found the Marauder.

I almost bought a newer (05) P71 but then realized, "Hey, if you can't get the car you really want, why settle?" So, I'm still waiting. I see a couple of blue ones for sale in the for sale forum and wish I had the money in my pocket, but unfortunately I don't.

-MM-Matt is my best friend and we will be installing his remote starter today so, I'll be getting a lot of face time with the Marauder. He's also got an @$$load of car audio equipment that we plan to tackle slowly. I'm hoping to finally have a Marauder and join you guys at future meets etc.

I've always wanted a good car. One with power everything, a great motor and a certain amount of rarity and this car fits the bill perfectly. Let's just hope there are enough left in 6 months or so when I'm finally able to buy one.

Welcome you will like it here; great bunch of guys and tons of info for your Marauder. Just be prepared to get the urge for modding and as a result your wallet getting thinner and thinner...lol

I live in Dover, ImpalaSlayer. Nice to see someone nearby... Thanks for the welcome everyone. I plan on learning a lot about these Panther platforms. It's gonna be cool having a place to hang on and talk about cars on the web and meet some cool people.

lol. I've thought about this long and hard. This decision had to be cool with the wife too... after all, she is the most important person. Anyway, I was on the fence about an MM or P71.

Believe me when I say, this P71 is a serious upgrade from what I've been driving. I feel completely happy and content with my decision and I am actually more excited about this car than I've ever been with any vehicle. For some reason, more excited than I was about the MM I looked at. Call me crazy.

Plus side (a side I've experienced only recently) It's fun looking like a cop car lol.

Hopefully I'll still be welcomed here :burnout:

I have big plans for this car. I love it. And it's in great shape. $7500 dollars well spent!
