Black with red letters I-95 SB 5:00 PM

While heading south on I-95 near Commercial Blvd. I was passed by a black Marauder with red lettering in rear bumper. It was occupied by driver and front seat passenger in extreme left-lane.

I was about to jump behind when I saw FHP already finishing with another customer. I didn't want to pass the trooper riding solo in the HOV lane.

By the way, this is the 2nd Marauder I've seen without a rear spoiler. Was this optional when new?

I have a black MM with red letters in the and no spoiler. It's also been a little while since I've been on I-95, up here in Philly.
