I was shopping online for stainless braided brake lines when I came across this: http://www.nsxprime.com/wiki/Brake_Lines

Makes it sound like a risky, expensive and high maintenance "upgrade" for a daily driver. What do y'all think?

I'm at 4 years and 80K miles on my KVR's from Dennis. One of my first mods.

 OMG, AM I GONNA DIE?!

:shake:

Everywhere there's something good, there's always a nay-sayer. Don't get me wrong - sometimes I'm that guy! Not in this case.

We'd most definitely have heard a story by now if either of our manufacturer's (KVR and TCE) had issue.

Cool. I'm not ready for a full brake upgrade but want a firmer pedal :)

You'll get a firmer pedal with the SS lines. Todd at TCE has a few sets available.

Had stainless lines on my bikes, and on my Marauder. No issues. Only good stuff.

Got the SS hoses and had them put on last week, BIG difference! No longer feels like there's a rubber ball under the brake pedal. Drove from Vegas to Riverside and back and braking feels much more secure. Wish I'd done this 4 years ago!
