View Full Version : Firehawk GT Pursuit tires

Just picked up some 17" steelies from Ford and now the tire hunting begins for a good all season tire as I'm tired on how soon the BFG's wear out.

I e-mailed Tire Rack on purchasing some 235/55/17 and they informed that only police/Gov’t can purchase those tires directly from manufacturer...:confused:

Anyone in hear able to give me advice on how to obtain these tires , and no steeling them from a cop car is not part of my plan either..........LOL

I have two Winterforce M&S 235/55/17s I got from Discount Tire and I have bought replacement Goodyear All Season 235/55/17's from Tire Rack.
Don't understand the problem.

I have them on my Crown Vic, amazing tires indeed, but costly!

They were purchased under my GSA account, but I think Sears has them as special-order for $288.00 each.

Thx for posting, you gave me the idea originally.......

I just quoted a price of $235 each.....going to drive there tomorrow to make sure he quoted me on the Pursuits and not the regualr GT's

Yep, the Warbird museum is quite interesting... When you come to pick up the tires, I'll take you to lunch. :beer:
