Hey folks
So my 04 does not have a spoiler. There are three different ones currently on Ebay. One is lifted above the trunk and is absolutely a no-go. The other two look similar to stock, but they are slightly different.
One is $65

The other $169

What is the correct one for the car?
Thanks!

Both look like the original one. First one looks like it's mounted too high on the deck lid.

One is $65 - the other is $169..."the price is too good to be true" saying comes to mind. Go with the more expensive one. My 2 cents.

A genuine Ford spoiler uses double sided tape and studs withnuts to secure it to the trunk lid.... yes you do need to drill holes.

Yep, the second one says
No Drilling required, Just Clean Surface with water, and Stick on Spoiler. 3M tape preinstalled. Easy to install, only take about Half Hour.
These are OEM spoilers for sale.

I think I ended up paying 200 for mine painted and shipped to my door. From what I've heard, it's not a "genuine Ford" product, but it is made to be a carbon copy. Only problem I've had with mine, and may be the fault of the shop that put it on, was that the weather stripping gasket thing around the edge is sorta peeling on the very top center. Nothing major, just not the nicest thing to look at.

Mine was an aftermarket copy of an original.... IIRC it was shipped to me directly from Singapore...... It painted up very nice and fit perfect, and it did bolt on, not just 3M tape.
I paid like $97 with shipping, and had a friend paint it for $70.

Only the second black one is oem. The first one listed is a crappy ABS plastic knockoff.

I ordered one from my local ford dealer last week. $175 no shipping and was here in 3 days. Another $75 to paint it,I pick it up next week. U get it from form ford you know what your getting. With some of the atfermarket's they start to bow over time.

My OEM Dealer installed spoiler "cracked" on the underside on both sides (left/right) in the same spot. I guess I will replace when one of the ends breaks off.....
They have been "hanging on" for a while now....

You're in the Northeast. Here in Fla everything plastic warps. Even my stock grill has a warp to it.
