I was in the Black Marauder and passed you in the DTR before the Bay Bridge. Are you on here???:confused:

how long ago was this, cause this feels like de ja vu from when was down at the end of summer lol

That was me this morning on 301 , heading to Florida. Made it to Jacksonville, Florida tonight. Will finish the trip to Ft Lauderdale tomorrow. When I saw you coming up behind me I thought it was a cop. What a relief to see it was another Marauder. That part of 301 is only 55mph and is heavily enforced by the law.

alot of 301 is, sadly, when you get out to 301 where NOTHING exists all the way into delaware, thats where you (atleast I ) see the most cops :rolleyes:

Cruise control to 60mph, wide open 2 lane perfect flat stretch of road with 0 cars, and you have to stick to the speed limit or you probably will get busted... I know my brother got pulled over once for 65/55 but didnt get anything...

*sigh* And to maryland i go tomorrow

Yeah, I get hat alot:D. I love the fact that people move out of my way when I come up behind them;). I usually set the cruise control to 9 above and hope for the best. I make a weekly trip to DC and haven't had any problems yet LOL. Black IS the best color!!!!!:banana:

I have a black one too, but it has too many miles on it to be driving it all over the country. The DTR is still a low mileage car and has the Ford ESP warranty.

It has been that way for years. I got stopped on US 301 on the eastern shore back in 1974 for doing about 15 over. Funny that I actually saw a car closing on me and thought it might be a cop. Even mentioned it to my girlfriend (now wife) that "I think this may be a cop car". But I wasn't sure untill the guy came up alongside and put his State Trooper hat on and pointed for me to pull over to the side. Fortunately, I got off with a warning. That was the 2nd one of the weekend. I got my 3rd the following morning between Annapolis and Bowie on Route 50 at about 5:00 AM headed back to Virginia. That was a really bad weekend for me and traffic stops. :rolleyes:
