Driver's side window switches

I need the driver's side window switch panel for my '03... Please PM me if you have one you can ship to me... Everything works on the one I have, but I have to play around with the driver's window switch to get the window to go up! Please PM me with a cheap fix for this, or if you have one I could purchase.

If you can't fix it or find a good used one, Lamoureux Ford has them in stock.
They are used on GM, Vic and F150. $ 80.00

I would be willing to bet Ray aka "TheDealer" would be able to get you one cheaper than $80 and he won't hose you on the shipping either. He charges actual shipping cost. He is awesome to deal with.
