Black MM on BJs ad

The new BJs TV ad for TVs shows a black MM on all the TVs in the background. Is that footage from Alias? Or is it not a MM at all?

I saw that too. It's a Marauder. I dvr'd the commercial but I don't know what the show was. It gets some air in the chase scene.

Thanks for the confirmation, I thought I was seeing things until I backed it up on the dvr thrice. I seem to spot more on the tube than in real life.
