I started using Astroshield back in 1977 on my BMW R100 RS, This polish was truly impressive. I used to buy it by the case and sold it to friends, (14.95 a quart). I have used it on all my cars, trucks, and bikes since, but as all things come to an end so goes Astroshield after being in business for over 40 years, what a time to run out just when I got the marauder. I didn't get any notice of their demise

Has anyone had any experience with "Wizards Shine Master" , "Zaino Products", Autoglym Super resin polish

I have tried Zymol, I thought it shined well, but...........

I'm leaning toward Collinite

Any other suggestions other than Black Box

Astro Shield was the bomb, I used it for years, when.... I could no longer get it in my area. I switched to Pinnacle products. Good luck on your quest for awesome wax, let us know what you find.

Bilt-Hamber Autobalm (http://www.bilthamber.com/autobalm.html), one 10 oz tub will shine your car at least ten times

Thanks for all the feedback but leave it to a bloke to come through.

Dereck, after reading the link and researching some auto detailing forums in the U.K., it appears to me that this product is a gel form of Astroshield, based on the color, application process, ingredients, and what the detailers commented about the "bloody smell". It's not avaliable in the U.S. I will be ordering from Rubbish Boys.

Unless you have a better recommendation for a vendor, Thanks Mate.

Hi Ozark Marauder

I always order mine direct from the manufacturers website didn't know there were other suppliers, check out the shipping charges before you commit you may find it a little expensive.
