I have got to stop looking at cars like this, it is killing me. For some reason I get more excited over the barn finds and cars that have been waiting for that restoration than nice restored ones. Is this some kind of sickness?

In canada, mercury's are listed as fords... Ford grand marquis, etc etc...

That marauder would look good next to that 78 F150 sitting by your house :D

No they aren't. Mercury's are Mercury's. Fords are Fords. The poster of the ad is an idiot.

If anyone wants a pair of eyeballs, that car is less than 10 minutes away from me.

WAY back,in the late 40's-early 50's Ford's F-1 pick ups were sold badged as Mercury's in Canada.
You should've seen the weird stuff GM did with Pontiac's up North!
In the far east Mercury Capri's were sold badged as Mustang's and at a nearby muscle car dealer there's a 71 or 72 Mustang that was sold as an export that doesn't have a single Mustang marking on it,I'll try to find out what it was called but I believe it was some letter number combination.
Here's a link to the Mustang I mentioned, the outfit selling it is pretty cool and located in Wauconda,IL. not far from that joint in Volo,IL.,also on RTE. 12,Rand Rd. If you're going to Volo check this place out and admission is free!
He also has the 1955,1956,and 1957 Corvettes serial number 001 For Sale there!
