Handling and Performance Pkg.

I may have asked this question before but here goes. Is there a number in the VIN sequence on a Mercury Grand Marquis that would let you know if it had the Handling and Performance Pkg. The pkg. consisted of bigger front and rear sway bars, different rear end ratio, daul exhaust, different wheels, etc. I can't seem to find any or nobody knows what the difference is. I seem to remember this being a pretty common option so where did they go?

Rear gear ratio would be a main clue (tag on diff. cover, or on warranty plate, probably 3.27 w/Pkg). Dual exhaust, another big clue.
