Do I have issues? I got the reworked NAZ intake from Sean and I've been watching Xmas shows and doing extra porting and polishing on the intake. Is that wrong??? My wife thinks I give the car more attention than her! :D I turn off the dremel and my hand still feels like it's vibrating. I'm going to have another aluminum plate welded to the bottom for strength too. Pics eventually!
BTW, Thanks Sean!

Good luck sir. Watch out for the warning signs and I hope your is quiet. I hope to have mine back this week. The guy I sent it too seems to think that I dont need it back anytime soon.

Oh boy!
Where have I heard THAT before!;)

Good luck and let's see some pictures before you install it.
Now I'm thinking I want to build a sheet metal intake from scratch!

That's why you never do business with friends of family..... seems he has same priority levels as your uncle. :banana2:

Yup! : ) it will be even more so when I'm done with it! The intake is close to having a mirror finish inside right now!

Congrats on the new intake. I really wanted to buy this, had the money but the timing wasn't right. Your polishing looks great, hope you make good power.
Keep us posted.

Impalaslayer had the rework done. I'm going to have some strength added to the thin aluminum on the bottom jic. I'll post pics of the work he had done and what I have done. I didn't even think about the N2O...:D Lowbuck just made it look even shinier! I did port it a bit more and found some globs of epoxy inside... My lovely wife won't let me hang it on the xmas tree we just put up...:(

Nope. On the walls inside, only noticed it when I was porting and had bright lights shining down deep inside. Are you really suprised at this point? Didn't think so! They had the right ideas and tools, just too many shortcuts toward the end there. He probably cut good staff too, I dunno. I'm making a good idea better though! What's cool is that I have the before dyno and I'm going to have a real non-biased after NAZ PSRI dyno. I only ported the intake plenum to match the 65mm BBK and nothing else (that was done before the runs). They had a before and after dyno but that was with ported against ported short runner. Oh yeah... Cmon Patriots!!! :-(
