My 2003 marauder clicking sound when i starts up?

When i start my marauder up its like a clicking sound under the hood for like a mintue or so than it stops.. and another thing is when i drive over bumps and sumtimes turns its like a rattling sound under the hood? So can some body help me to tell me whats wrong with it?
