well where i live our cars are a hot item. they like to steal these cars and we all know how rare and valuable these cars are sooo with that being said. i just got off the the phone with Lo-Jack and they will be at my house on friday between 12-5pm...nothing like a peace of mind for your car...$600+tax and i added a 10year warranty for $99...whats the purpose putting thounds of dollars in your car if someone can take it from you and you not get it back is how i was thinking...

Good idea I think I'll invest in one too, when I get the ca$hola!

is there a montly fee? As far as valuable, resale has not indicated that lately. If someone steals my car and the insurance company cuts me a check, I could probably buy an even nicer Marauder or one with boost.
Give me that info breeze!

I need to see if they will give me a hook-up if my twin brother and I request a Lo jack system. I know in the state of Maryland, Lo-Jack supplied every police department with tracking systems for the Lo-Jacks.

Yeah but seriously....
If you live and park in a neighborborhood where the car can be easily flat bed stolen, it's a good deal (and you need to move like immediately).
But if you live in a quaint neighborhood and have a garage....(read first line in this post).
Thank you for keeping the American economy alive.

LoJack works. Most hits I've been involved in were already on a flatbed and recovered. I-95 runs through my jurisdiction - you'd think there would be more hits....
Any security is a good idea though. I'll never reveal the measures I've taken to secure the Marauder unless you were to buy it!

If I were thinking about getting Lojack I would first check with my local police depts to see what percentage or if any of their units have LoJack antennas because it's not very valuable if your area police don't have them.
I work for a dept with over 600 officers and very few of our cars have LoJack and most importantly none of the patrol units bought in the past few years have Lojack in them. Working patrol everyday for three years I have only heard 2 LoJack recoveries on the radio.
If I wanted to go that route I would have a hidden GPS tracking device installed. We get recoveries on our bait vehicles regularly..
