Having problem posting Pics

I am having a problem posting pictures with my threads/posts. I am sure it is simple, but can not figure out on how to do it. I am sure someone out there knows how to do it. I need help and my shr...errr, I thought I would ask you all for your advice? Thanx

I use the little 'attach' button at the bottom of the post reply page. copy and paste doesn't not work! VBulletin doesn't support 'drag & drop"

Perferably, if it's not just some BS photo, post it in the gallery, then attach it to a post using the [IMG] tag and the photo's link. This cuts down on server space considerably.
