Could you run these on all 4 corners? 255/55/18's Kumho makes a nice tire in this size.

Been reading about tires, I can't believe all of the discussion, I hope I don't add to it. Before I bought the Marauder I have now I drove one with 245/45's on the front and 235/55's on the back. The car had T/C and I didn't notice any issues. Needless to say the car had other things wrong with it so I didn't buy it. Would the 255/55/18's work on all 4's, they are 29 inches tall v.s. 28.5 for the BFG's which you would normally find in the rear. I notice there are a lot of tires for meant for SUV's that would/should work on our cars with "V" ratings.

When I bought mine it had 245/55/18 all the way around and while test driving it on the highway, the traction control light came on and the tranny did some wild shifting on it own, I assume the computer sense excess tire rotation and thought the car was sliding. I went back to the OEM BFG KWDS, work fine but short life. I hear NITTO makes a new tire in the correct size for front and in the SUV the correct size for the back.

use the alignment from carfixer, under reviews top of page look for alignment

I ran 245/55s on all four corners for a while and then switched back to the staggered set-up with OEM tires in the front and 255/55s on the rear. Had the shop try mounting a 255/55 in the front and it looked like there were going to be clearance issues when turning, so I scrapped that plan.

A good quality SUV tire with a higher speed rating will work fine. I'm running General Grabber UHPs on the rear and am pleased with the performance. More sidewall flex and slightly less grip than the BFGs, but much better wear.

Lots of different opinions on this issue. Do a search and you'll find dozens of threads relating to them.

I run General Grabber UHPs on the rear and like 'em. fastblackmerc runs Hankkooks, 03mmmonroe has had good luck with Falken Ziex, Bluerauder and DOOM run Goodyears, a bunch of folks run Nittos.
