Will it work? 100% compatable?...front says its ok with a CD changer...but what about Sub? and steering wheel controls?

doubt it considering we dont have an antenna mounted on the car for it. nor do i believe the plugs will match

I would imagine that you would need at minimum another harness and antenna.

This looks like the older nav unit from ford. similar hook up to the ones in the LS. they had seperate nav disk player and a seperate antenna. also i'm sure since its a hybrid it has a hookup to measure battery usage. I also see a fuel button on the radio?! i'm gona go with that would be very hard to get to work correcty.

If you can get all 4 connectors that connect to it, you might have a chance. Looks like 4 to me, anyway (2 green, 1 light grey, 1 darker grey).  Those, and a wiring diagram.
