AT 37000 I HAD MY SPARK PLUG Removed , and as i was removing it there was oil on thread of the spark plug all of them. but there were no oil the the tip of the spark plug just the tread. is it head gasket or just valve cover. did you guys have ever witness this kind of issue.
I hope is not the head gasket and should i get it fixed right a way or is it somthing i could get it fixed later. there is no smoke when i am driving nor when i start the car. Please help

I believe it's normal. Mine has that characteristic since the first time I changed plugs and also on each successive change.

I've changed plugs several times over these past 82K miles. Different plugs too, stock, Denzo's, copper core.

Dont sweat it. I see it all the time. Might have a small valve cover leaks but I wouldn't worry about it.

Was there any oil in the hole before you took out the plug? Remember to use a small amount of anti seize on the plug when installing.
