Glockafella-....Im not sure if they are offset in, center out..but I took them off of my 03 300a and put a pair of flowmaster super 40's on...so they will fit yours.

I still have the cats on, if I cut them it will void my warranty, so the flowmasters had a deeper more throaty sound to them oppose to the borlas which have more of..I dont know how to explain it, I guess a more HEMI sound... The borlas sound good but those cats hold them back a little. I had borlas on my 94 grandmarquis a while back with no cats and I love the sound it had, when I cut my cats I'll most likey switch back.
