Black MM Found in Craigslist House For Rent Pic

I was checking out the "For Rent" section on Craigslist for work reasons, and on a lark I took a look at a posting for a house for rent, probably near where I work. I was perusing through the pictures and in the second pic down, where the garage was shown, there was a black MM right there in front. Makes me wish I could afford to move out because this landlord looks like they have some class. :D I posted the link below. Somewhere here maybe?
