would the spark plugs, coil on plug, and oxigen sensors from a MM fit a '03 p71.

Spark plugs, yes...COPs no...O2s, I don't know.

i though the COP's were the one thing that would fit for sure.
and the spark plugs since its a 2v i thought they were diff..
but please lt me know b-cuz im not sure.

As I said: the COPS are very different...the spark plugs are the same.

If you don't believe me, look them up on AutoZone's site...or the Motorcraft replacement parts site...

The O2's should fit, its the same exhaust

I thought so too until I was in a truck stop with a burnt up coil on my Marauder and a bag of 2V coils in the trunk.
The 2V coils have a lip on it with a hole so you can bolt it down to the intake manifold to hold it down. The 4V coils are held down by the coil cover and are round in shape.
