I vote a YES! for Garlits as a location for an annual picnic. The museum is terrific, easy access to the Interstate, central location, good facilities for a picnic. If we arrange it in advance, the Big Daddy Swamp Rat himself may show up.

I've been to many shows at Garlits over the years. It's nice. Plenty of space. Sonny's restaurant right outside the property. Workin with the Sonny's may help with making the food thing easier.
The museum is a great attraction that I'm sure we'd all enjoy.
