I'am putting together a parts list for the Eaton conversion. A few p/n # didn't come up. Can someone check p/n #

Depending on pulleys used, belt sizes may be different.

what he said. what pulleys are you going with?

for my serpentine i went with a 99.5" belt and for the blower belt with a +2 pulley and a 3.1 upper i went with a 53.5"

Didn't think of all the choices. Don't really understand the purpose of all the different size pullys at the blower, crank, alternator, and tentionior ? All I can say is I want safe or conservative power for now. I was thinking the belt tentionior would pick up the slack I guess that"s not the case. I don't really know what combination of pully to run. From what I have read maybe 3:10 at the blower & 4 lb at the crank ?

that would yield around 16psi. your pretty close to the edge imo.

i have a 3.1 and a +2 and make 14psi. still too close for me but my motor is being replaced soon so ill just take it a lil easy for now.

id go with a 3.4 and a +2 lower. should make around 12psi and i think with a good safe tune you should be able to make around 400ish and still be pretty safe.

also the tensioner can only take up so much slack, the belt im using is a very tight fit and the tensioner still pushes it pretty good.
