This is a very high quality mid-rise scissor lift, with 48 inches of lift.
This is not a cheap "Made in China" unit. It was custom ordered from Rotary with black paint and roll around wheels, and is approximately 4 years old.
Of course I am happy to answer any questions and to make the lift available for inspection or demonstration.
These lifts are great for auto detailing, brake and wheel work, and, although this is a professional grade unit, it works well in a small home shop.
Price = $950.00. I might also do some trading (4 wheeler/golf cart/large breasted hookers).

A few questions:
Am I correct to say that this lift would be difficult to drop the transmission with? Could you drop the transmission pan?
How wide is it - will it fit in the back of a pick-up?
How heavy is it?
Thanks Marty - a few more blizzards like we just had and I'll have some $$'s to play with!

Trans work may be difficult depending on the vehicle.
I will check the weight and width.
I don't mind if you get snow as long as I am down here!!!!

Haha the funny thing is you aren't lying, if you didn't have a wife. Maybe you two are cool like that who knows.
I do have two questions for you on it.
1. What is the max is can lift?
2. How does it get it's power? Can I just plug it in an outlet in the garage or is it one of those that needs a "big" plug. Or does it use an air compressor?

i suppose a lift like that would be good if you have low ceiling height but nothing beats a 2 post clear floor hoist

Thanks for the comments.
This one was an extra in my upper garage.
I have 4 Rotarys in my lower shop and 3 more plus a drive on in my commercial shop, so I am pretty much covered.
What do you have in your set up?

I agree.
I am too old and fat to be crawling around on the ground.

I don't believe either of those statements to be correct.
But crawling around on the floor is no treat, that I will agree with.

You got to see first hand how inflexible I am!
How did the unloading go?

Inflexible, yes.... old and fat, not hardly.
Still loaded up, a buddy's going to bring a forklift over, YOU have shown me the light, or at least the easy way to get this item in/out of a van.:D

That's totally out of line, your only issue is that the garage behind your house needs to be twice the size that it is now.
