04 MM engine wiring harness

I'm looking for some quick info on the engine wiring harness. The engine is an 04 MM DOHC going in a 65 Mustang. I am now working on the engine harness and since it came out of a salvage yard I didn't get to see where some of the connectors went.

On the passenger side, front. the wire goes down to the AC and to a sensor on the block. Can someone tell me where the other three or four connectors attach?

is it 3 or 4 rather large plugs? im pretty sure those are the ones that sit on the fender maybe? i believe they go to the fuse box?
