I NOTICED THAT UNDER MY DRIVER SIDE FLOOR MAT IS ALWAYS DAMP, I THOUGHT THE SEAL AROUND THE DOOR WAS BAD AND :mad:RAIN WAS GETTING IN BUT IT HAS NOT RAINED LATELY, ANY SUGESTIONS, I HOPE THIS IS NOT MY HEATER CORE, I JUST SMELLS LIKE DIRTY WATER NOT ANTIFREEZE.
could be leaking from the windshield or door, sure it's not from getting water or snow in your feet. Most likely not a heater core as it more on the passenger side(passenger side should be wet). Pull back the carpet and using a garden hose put it up on the wiper cowl area let it run. watch from the inside and see if you can find the leak. If after @10min no leak try the top of the windshield again for @10min. If nothing try hose the drivers front door.

My wild guesses...
Bad door seal anyway?
Clogged floor drain?
Leaky windshield?
Uncontrollable bladder problem?

Had an 80 Wabbit that would dump a quart of ice water on my feet when cornering. The drain tube from the (full) AC catch basin was clogging up with mold/mildew. Tube would also come out of the floor drain hole, then the floor would just stay damp. It was always quite a shock esp. when driving in slaps or barefoot back from the beach.
