This company will price match IIRC, you will get what you pay for.

http://www.neverenoughauto.com/index.php?target=categories&category_id=8822

You could get ahold of Todd @ TCE and get Wilwoods front/rear, that way it will stop good and all 4 wheels will match.

Call and ask, that's the best way to find out. A lot of smaller vendors will sometimes negotiate prices.

Yeah, I think it was agreed that with some substantial field engineering that you could modify the Cobra brakes to work on an MM, but in the end the cost would exceed retrofitting with Baer or Willwoods.

What is the difference between the Bear Brake kit & Wilwoods kits front only using oem 18" wheels ?
Rotor material used ?
Rotor size & thickness ?
Number of pistons per caliper ?
Piston diameter size milimeter ?
Piston materal used steel stainless steel composit?
Clamping force ?

I know the Baers take corvette pads.

My understanding of the difference between Bear & Wilwood brake kits. Bear is two piston Wilwood is six. Bear calipers are float Wilwood are fixed & must be shimed. Bear brakes can accept a larger variety of pads over Wilwood . Maybe more rotor choices for Bear. As for size & material used for caliper piston I have no clue. This also makes a huge diference. As for clamping force I'am sure there must also be a considerable difference. They are both good kits but hands down Wilwood seems far superior.

In the brake department most anything over oem is better. With the Bear brake kit the calipers are only two piston but the larger rotors braking surface is what makes the big difference along with pad compound choice. With the Wilwoods some of the better advantages are the six piston for more even & more clamping force along with the large rotors. & pad compound choice. I took the Kmart route Comand Cryo rotors, Castol dot #4 brake fluid, SS lines, & Hawk hps pads. Yes better than oem but no were near the mentioned kits.

If your only getting the front kit like I did, you'll have to get new SS lines for the front as the lines are different. You could always sell the old SS lines like i did and recoup some money.
