my driver side carpet and under padding is soak and wet i tried a high power garden hose per- say and sprayed water around the door and windshield and could not see where the water is coming from. i used my heater alot because of the cold weather here, is it possible to leaking from this system, i hate to sound stupid but im stupid mad now, its going to be a challange to remove that underpadding. any:mad2::censor:one has it and carpet for sale.

If your heater core had a leak it would fog your windows up when set to defrost.

check the gasket that is supposed to seal the heater core cover to the firewall i had one that leaked everytime it rained water would run into pass side floor

So buy using the hose you could make it leak but could not see were the water was coming from. Or using the hose you could not make it leak at all. Are you sure only driverside is wet. If you use you defrosters the a/c system is used to remove moister from the windshield and if the drain for the Evaporator was plugged it could leak out of the blower motor case(would be wet more on the passenger side). If the drain is plugged you can give it a quick shot of compressed air to try and open it up.

And the antifreeze would be on the passenger's side.
