I have an issue with wheel gap from side to side. Right side seems to sit higher than the left side. So much as a half inch or more difference. Anyone else experience this issue? trying to see if it is a front spring issue or a solenoid gone bad on the rear air springs. Any help or info on this issue would be awesome. Thanks guys appreciate any help.

stop lookin' at it and get in and drive it. J/K lots of people have notice a little disparagy, from side to side, some times it takes a while for the self leveling to take effect.

Yes. I have 1/2" deviation up front and rear. I used to have 1" deviation in rear and I got some spare MM air springs and swapped until I got the pair that were most level. The front could only be corrected with spring shims.

Just poor build quality

1/2 inch. I wouldn't worry to much about that.

03 pharoh, this ride-height difference has been reported many times over the years. It's common and harmless. I've never even bothered to measure it on either car.

bawazir, what you're seeing is an optical illusion due to the styling of the front fenders and bumper. Every MM I've seen including both of mine looks the same...unless your alignment is WAY off, it's just an illusion.

after another measurement i have found that it is actually running an inch in the rear and about 3/4in in the front higher on passenger side then the driver side. Talked to a friend of mine who suggested getting a couple adjustable valves from his shop to limit the air to one side of suspension to possibly even out the rear end. Has anyone come across this or tried anything like it?

No but let me know what you find. The problem with his solution though is that if you use pressure to limit ride height then the spring rate (since the only spring in the rear is the air spring) will not be consistent side to side. So in fixing one problem you are going to be creating another.

The front ride height deviation can only be fixed by shimming under the low side (energy suspension makes various thickness and diameter hard urethane spring seat shims). It's possible that fixing your front ride height deviation might take the rear with it. Or not.

You could do what I did and get a few used air springs and swap them around until your ride height is closer to level. There is deviation in the height of each bag at the same inflated PSI due to deviations in construction.

If the drivers side were a 1/2" higher on my car, it just might level out when I plop my 260lbs in the drivers seat. Perfect!

i took a few pictures of the wheel gap difference between both sides. Im pretty sure that something is wrong with the air ride. Looking for recommendations on what to start with. The compressor does run for height adjustment, but i wonder if the solenoid is bad on the drivers side or if its possible that the spring is just gone. Are the solenoids hard to swap out? Thanks in advance.
