Yes it's worth it just for the sound.
It's cheaper than Reinharts and there are dyno numbers to prove the HP gain.

Sounds meaner! Looks Cool! :D I believe there may be a SLIGHT increase in HP/TQ. They do the same job, JLT is the cheaper made of all. K&N has one too.

How much more HP it will give, and tune it to SCT tuner?

You can also take out your left front headlight assembly for the 1/4 mile to funnel a little more cold air into the CAI.

I'm currently making my own CAI out of autozone crap. When I'm done, I'll do a quick write up and hopefully pictures.

Can only speak for the JLT.....love the upgrade. (sound & performance) Several people also use K&N. Do your research, you will be pleased either way.

I have a K&N that I picked up cheap, and I picked up a few tenths at the track with it.
Allegedly the JLT flows better than the K&N, so it couldn't hurt...
Those few tenths are in addition to the time I picked up with a computer tune on the car...

Prior to the intake spacer, I was able to fit it without the hood rub. My opinion, the JLT is the finest CAI you can buy.

I notched the heat/water shield a little for fitment. If it wasn't so cold, I'd go take some pics for you.

I like the looks of the PHP, but the JLT is definitely cheaper.
Either one will give you great sound when you hit the loud pedal.

I have had the JLT and K&N.
JLT wins in Price and Sound
K&N won me over with the Fit and Finish
