Here is my final posting for the truck. I really need to say I am sorry to a few members who wanted pictures earlier. I tried to keep the truck, but I really need it gone. Here is some info on it.

The good:

It has a great running 305 engine in it and it is 100% complete.

Smooth shifting transmission.

Solid body! No damage, no rust, it's great!

The bed has great wood in it and sanding it down would make it great again.

New seat installed with seatbelts for three.

Two front ends are included. Right now a 1963 front end is on it, I also have a 1965 for it too.

Other info:

The wiring will need to be redone, but a new Painless wiring kit is included.

The truck will run, but the wiring will need to be setup first. The bodyshop it's currently at can do the work for you for a few hundred dollars and have you good to go.

Will need to be towed, cannot be driven at the moment.

The interior floor has a hole in the floor, but metal pans for repair are included in the purchase.

The Fun:

I would get the wiring installed and drive it as is. Slam it and drive it anywhere. I would highly recommend this truck to anyone who wants a little project to accomplish in a few weekends. It would be a great summer cruiser. I was going to turn it into a Rat Rod, but I lost interest.

I am asking $3,500.

If you have cash on hand we can talk about the price. Trades considered, but only trades of lesser value on top of cash.

Call or text anytime.

312 925-8699.

Thanks everyone.

LOL close. It's from a 1989. It was my lucky day at the junkyard one day. It was the final row seat. No one ever used it, it's perfect!

It is exactly as photo graphed. The only major thing that is disconnected is the hood. The hood is currently sitting in the bed and the truck is in safe storage being protected from the weather.

And the belts & hoses.

So in other words if I wanted to buy it I'm taking your word that it runs....

Awful lot of money for something I'd have to tow home.

Hope you sell it......

Willing to work on price if cash is on hand. If you don't believe me ask UnclaLar. He was with me when I bought the engine.

To actually do the job I would need commercial insurance on my car. That was over $5,000 a year. I did some work and make a few deliveries, but the insurance company said if I got into an accident while on the job anything would be a denied claim. I didn't know this until recently, They said I could risk it and drive carefully, but I'm not risking anything like that. When I was making deliveries most people would tip 10% or less. It was really bad.

Now all I can do is this to get to L.A. :mad2:
