Earlier this month, on of the Mopar guys sent me a private message. This is a guy who lives in the Dayton, OH area, and no I don't know what street it was or what time of day.
Did they ever make a white Marauder? I saw a white "Crown Vic" approaching me, going the other way on a 2-way street. As it got closer and passed me, I noticed it was a white Mercury, and the rims on it looked very similar to our SRT8 rims with the black pockets!
I explained how A) there is a white Marauder floating around, albeit not factory original, B) customization, C) and clones, and that sorta thing. So maybe it's not a Marauder, maybe it is, maybe one of the Dayton Marauderers knows of this car...

Why would anyone want to be in Dayton?
J/k!
I'd like to know about this one myself, but knowing the Dayton area my money would say it's a clone.
No they never made a white marauder.

It seems like everyone from Ohio moves out, especially Dayton.
Cleveland has some good hospitals so I guess older folks move there.

You know, living in the Dayton area, that comment offends me. And what do you mean by "knowing" the area, is that a racial comment, I think it's time for another vacation for you.

Don't forget the white one that guy in Phily done. Sceen name phillykid or something like that. His turned out quite nice actually.
And off the subject here, but back when our cars were brand new I spotted a hunter green MM around these parts. looked to be brand new. This was back in late 03/ early 04. Obviously a custom job, but sure looked factory to me and also quite nice.

There is a white CV running around Little Rock with a MM front end and the MM wheels.

We can all whine about where a friend is from on this sight ...forget about it... there is so many other things that are affecting us all. Call your Banker & ask him how he is doing compared to the average Joe. In Canada we are hurting just like my American Friends.

What banker?
As far as Dayton, I don't recall what part I was in. It wasn't that bad until I got near an interstate and at a gas station. People across the street were passed out in the hallway of an abandon building. I've never seen that in Chicago.
As far as the banker, they are the reason we are in a recession. I don't feel sorry for them one bit and find it hard to even be friendly when I walk into a bank.

Why would anyone want to be in Dayton?
As with any city, it has its bad parts.
Having run a payphone route there, and most major cities in Ohio and Michigan in the early 90's over 10 years, I can base my opinions on fact.
Dayton in town, and suburbs within 5-7 miles...not so good. It's a fact.
One needs to get outside of town to find large properties and nice neighborhoods. Dayton was however one city I was never robbed.
Toledo, within the city and upwards of 10 miles out of town, in my opinion, was the worst. Toledo was the only city I was robbed by a 9 year old male.
Youngstown. Poor and vacant. It is like a dead city. If it weren't for YSU, it would be a ghost town. Nice folks and college atmosphere in town. It's out of town that gets very dangerous.
Cleveland is the second city I was robbed in. Actually car jacked. Just a mile outside of downtown. I believe Cleveland ranks in the top 5 most dangerous cities. It's shame, because downtown has turned into a safe place after dark over the last 7-10 years. It's entirely the near east side that is the rough area.
I think Columbus has the best suburbs I have seen. In town however is a different story. I was robbed by an older man a few miles out in the east side there.
What the hell was the topic....:P
Oh yeah...a White Marauder.
The only real white Marauder I have ever walked up upon was in Farmington, Mi. while on a Verizon build in 2006.

The Clark-Fulton neighborhood (near west) is also going to hell in a handbasket...

You were probably @ Brown & 35 or Main & 35, Dayton really is a *****hole, East Cleveland is the only other place in the state that ranks up there as dangerous IMO in Ohio.
It's quite normal to see some crazy ***** downtown on any given day of the week, Gary Indiana is pretty nice too. I felt safe in Downtown Chicago, the times that I have been there.

I didn't feel unsafe or anything, it was just a sad sight, but you see that all over the world. I'm sure I could find more than a few cases like that here too.

Oh man, Taxi Driver is quite possibly the best movie ever made ever. Ev-er.
But I digress, The White Marauder. That Which Should Not Be.
Someone needs to find it and paint it black. Then, all will be right with the world.

You would if you knew what I know about that area.
And.... alot of those you see sleeping on our streets "chose" to be there and refuse help. :shake:
