Ebay tires

I inquired about these tires on ebay, I asked if they were blems, what do you all think?

We currently have over 30 of them in stock, I don't know the exact
date codes on all of them but they are relatively fresh. It was brought to
my attention by one customer that the "mount this side out" was on the
opposite side of the tires he was pulling off. The tires were sold to us
as first line tires though so I do not think that there is anything to be
concerned with as for that marking- perhaps a design change or something, I
do not honestly know? I do know that we've sold a bunch of these and had
zero issues.

I remember BFG made a bunch of the with "This Side Out" on the WRONG SIDE!!!!:mad2: :argue: :shake:

I like the BFGs, but I'm hesitant to buy tires from a guy who doesn't know anything about what he is selling. Sounds like he's trying to talk his way out of a lawsuit.

I bought two last Friday and recieved them on Tuesday. Yes the mount info is on the wrong side but they look 100% other than that. I probably won't get around to mounting them untill April or so, so time will tell if they balance good or not.


EDIT: I bought from a different seller that someone on here found. He was up front in his title about them being blems. They cost me $249.00 with free shipping.

And thats what im wondering. So the lettering is on the wrong side. Im all for a deal if thats the case. My rears are ~30% and I could use a new set at a discount. I like the BFG's and wont have mismatched tires.

To each his own of course. I have been amazed that there is a shortage of BFG's of any model, especially ours as they are the by far the worst performance and mileage tire on the market for our Marauders. Not just my humble opinion. Dennis
