This is pretty much a Stratocaster copy and it's a nice guitar. It's one year old and I hardly ever used it. I'm selling it simply because it's collecting dust and it's meant to be played. It would be a great guitar to start out with especially if you or your son is going from Guitar Hero to real guitar.
