Landy's A/A Vortech

Here is Mike Wilkerson's old Vortech, I did some time this new owner Landy is the proud of the car, he said Mike told him it made 450 RWHP years ago, so he brought it up we checked installed a new belt strapped on the dyno today in the rain. All these were taken with a cell phone including the dyno the Audio did not come out well.

And sure enough, it made close to 450, I pulled 2 degrees and added 4% to the A/F and gave him a race gas tune, thank you Landy.

No I am clueless to the different Vortech set ups...AIR TO AIR, WATER to AIR...what does it mean?! is there a difference in cost? horses? reliablility?

well, it all depends, if you are handy with tools and have common sense, (eaton swap)
if not call Dennis, he will hook you up.
i belive the water to air is a little more expensive. thats about all i know.

Landy had some concerns about FPDC so he added a Bap, he came up this morning on my offer to check the car for FREE, we have bad news and good news good news, the FPDC is fine the AF was perfect and first pull car made 452 RWHP so I tweaked it with 2 degress of timing for race gas, the bad news he now has to change his signarure. Thanks Landy for bringing me the car.
