Well, :shake: divorce is causing me to have to sell my MM. I need to pull her out of storage this week and get some pics posted, but I thought I would get started (:tantrum:).
2003 MM, very good condition, has a couple of scratches but not bad. No roof or spoiler, other than that fully equipped. Paint is excellent; I have mastered the art of waxing a black car! Tires are near new. Just turned 70,000 miles. All factory except for neutered cats and magnaflows, Ford Racing 4:10's and an SCT tuner with two tunes installed by Brian Young here in Peoria (Brian was the lead engine calibration engineer at Ford and lead the 2005 GT, 03-04 Mach1 and Bullet engine teams-he knows these engine maps in and out and is the best). After the tune the darn car runs a lot better and gets fantastic gas mileage! I was going to add a cold air kit this winter to complete the upgrade but hadn't done it yet. The exhaust note is subtle until you get into it. Perfect IMHO.
The car runs very good for a NA car and all the suspension and steering is super tight. The only thing that does not work on the car is the adjustable brake pedal (needs the plastic sprocket replaced). Everything else is perfect. I just fixed the ECCM (replaced all the o-rings) and wired in the external relay for the headlight control module. All work perfectly now. Other than that this can has never needed anything and is in perfect condition. I never have her in bad weather and store her in the garage winters.
As far as price goes, I would like to ask $13,000 for her which will give you guys a chance to talk me down a touch (I can't buy a sandwich unless I talk them down so I know how it goes lol).
I would like to also consider trades. I am looking for an Expedition, preferable under $10,000. I am loosing my daily driver van as well and will not make the MM into a daily driver. Besides that I have 2 kids and a Great Dane who loves to ride with me and I don't think the MM was made for that kind of passenger lol! So she has to go! :mad2:
If you have a possible trade idea let me know. I prefer the Expedition but would consider a truck as well. Just need room for kids and the dog and an occassional 2x4.
Pictures upon request and I will try to post some soon. You can contact me at 309-357-1999. Thank you for looking!
