Va Emissions ????

Hey Any Va guys tell me about state Emissions i will be moveing there soon and i want to know if i will pass Emimissions if i have headers and 2 high flow catalytic converters ?? i do not have them yet but my catalytic converters are starting to go so i mite as well put headers, mufflers and new cats on while i am at it

You should be fine if you have cats and no CEL.
