Bear in mind that the car was probably shipped over to KSA. No idea how long that would take, but I am thinking that the battery is pulled, fuel tank drained at a minimum for two weeks. Lets hope the local Ford dealer is experienced with importing cars.

All you need is language packs installed. You spell out what you want, and the language pack will give you the characters in the language of your choice while you type etc. It's what I use when I need to use Japanese. There are other ways as well, but I like the language pack method.
