As I was watching the game last night I was rooting against Brett Favre and for The Saints...but a strange thing started to happen:

Beginning of game:

1: I don't respect Brett Favre and dislike him because of the last 2+ years worth of retired -> un-retired B.S.
2: Rooting for him to lose!

Middle of game:

1: I start to respect Favre because he is playing a heck of a game for an old fart.
2: I kinda feel bad for him because even though he is doing everything he can to win the game, everyone else is fumbling the ball and giving the game away.
3: I start to appreciate him as he gets the crap beat out of him, but just keeps getting up and coming back on the field.

End of game:

1: I actually start to root for him to win because he has withstood everything that the Saints and his own teammates have thrown at him and he still has the chance to win this game.
2: He makes another bone-headed, riverboat gambler play and gets picked when the Vikings are about to kick the game winning feild goal!

Motto of the game:

"Live by the Favre....Die by the Favre"

I'm so glad that I'm not a Favre fan...My heart could only be ripped out so many times!
