o ok i was just asking since i noticed it said you were from nj. im from cape may but go to school in new brunswick right now. to try and answer you question, you would have to find out the wattage of the stock subwoofer (i have no clue). I believe the MM comes with a built-in amp for the speakers and subwoofer anyway. It will work with a aftermarket radio. I have a alpine radio, jl audio speakers in the rear, alpine speakers in the front, with a mini amplifier for them. I am going to get a bigger sub for the system eventually. Hope this helped.

Going to Rutgers I presume? Funny, Im going to Stockton. We should probably trade schools. Thanks for your input it is helpful. Now Im just trying to find a picture or diagram of the wiring so I can wire it on paper before I buy one.

Yea im at Rutgers. Stockton is only 45 mins. or so from me back home. Good luck finding a diagram for the wiring. Do you do your own wiring or go to someone?
