The other day my AT&T U-verse gateway broke, and that messed up my computer for a while. Everything comes in threes. So, what will break next? Hopefully not the Mistress!

This morning when I went to pick up my briefcase so I could go to work, the handle fell off.

Then when I went to leave the house the door knob fell off.

Now I am afraid to go to the bathroom.

I agree .... my system crapped out in early December and I had to replace the entire HVAC system -- inside and outside units. Big Bucks. At 28 years though, it was overdue. :D Good news is that I can take advange of the $1500 energy tax credit this year.

Darn,I hear ya Bob,in my case it's my damn body falling apart,I've made more runs to the ER in the past two months or less than I did in my first 55 years of life before that.BUT,I'm still here so I can't complain too much.I ain't had a smoke though since New Years Day though and I'm working on changing my diet and stuff.Changing to a healthier diet and trying to lose or keep from gaining more weight while you're going through nicotine withdrawal is sort of like a paradox,lol. Next month I go in to have my thyroid removed and then I'll have those screwed up veins in my legs removed so I won't have anymore leg problems(I hope).Then maybe later this year I'll have the surgery done on my back on my L4-5 and L5 and related stuff. I need to try to get everything done before I take a partial pension and retire in a couple of years and I need to retire before I beat heck out of any more parts of my body.
