Black on RTE 110 CV rims

Passed by quick.. Black,tinted windows,spoiler,Crown vic police rims.
In front of deli about 12:30pm... I didn't notice it right away it was in between 2 cars. the rims threw me off at first but It had fogs when I look in my rear view.

Anyone?

Not mine, but my car can frequently be viewed on 110 parked in the ace hardware parking lot, and I got the regular marauder rims:D
